Available positions: Two positions – one for French and one for German speaking market
What would be your key responsibilities:
- Acquisition and conquest of new clients (for sales and purchase of new and young used cars), with focus on French / German market,
- maintaining strong relations with our current partners; preparing offers and closing new business,
- profiling clients by understanding their requirements and interests,
- regular follow-up on sales leads using variety of communication channels (phone, e-mail, chats…) and regular on-site visits,
- closing sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; completing contracts; explaining provisions and the overall business process from documentation part to logistics and car delivery,
- ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support,
- understanding and monitoring the overall market and industry (knowing our competitors, economic trends, supply and demand trends…), with focus on French / German market,
- collaborating regularly and effectively with the international sales team (from HQ and Adriatic region),
- preparing and maintaining regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback (using internal chat and CRM tool),
- managing daily priorities to stay focused on the most relevant clients and offers,
- traveling and visiting business partners (up to 5 days/monthly); mostly covering French / German speaking markets,
- achieving annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory or a specific car brand.

Requirements for the job:
- 4+ years of proven experience from B2B sales or purchase, preferably within the automotive industry,
- excellent proficiency in French / German and English, both written and spoken,
- computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions,
- strong active listening skills, negotiation, and presentation skills
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills,
- ability to work on-site from the company’s Headquarters in Ljubljana,
- valid driver’s license.
Nice to have:
- CRM or BI platforms experience (familiarity with sales tracking tools),
- familiarity with the automotive industry and car market.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with new clients in French / German speaking markets, ensuring the successful sale and purchase of new cars. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
